I understand that all professional photographers planning on taking pictures in the Tulip Field require a Professional Photographer Admission ticket in order to enter the farm. I understand that all guests/models who plan on having their pictures taken in the tulip fields require a Model Admission ticket in order to enter the farm and will be required to show proof that they have a professional photographer at the gate.

I understand that this ticket is final sale, weather reliant and is valid for a single time entry into the farm during the specified date in which I selected. Reservations may change depending on weather and tulip availability. I understand that Fun Farm will not have its normal tulip festival attractions running during photographer session dates. Only the Tulip Field will be open for pictures during photographer session dates.

By entering The Fun Farm, you consent to your voice, name, and/or likeness being used, without compensation, in commercial film or photography in conjunction with The Fun Farm advertising and all media whether known or hereafter devised, for eternity, and you release The Fun Farm, its successors, assigns and licensees from any liability whatsoever. Under Missouri law, there is no liability for an injury or death of a participant in a registered agritourism activity conducted at this registered agritourism location if such injury or death results from the inherent risks of such agritourism activity. Inherent risks of agritourism activities include, but are not limited to, the potential of you as a participant to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to your injury or death and the potential of another participant to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to your injury or death. You are assuming the risk of participating in this registered agritoursim activity.
