I understand that this ticket is final sale, weather reliant, required for all ages 2 & up, and is valid for a single time entry into the farm during any of our 2024 Fall Festival operating dates and hours depending on the ticket type purchased. Season passes are valid for unlimited entries from Aug. 17 - Nov. 3 of 2024. Season dates may change depending on weather and crop availability. By entering The Fun Farm, you consent to your voice, name, and/or likeness being used, without compensation, in commercial film or photography in conjunction with The Fun Farm advertising and all media whether known or hereafter devised, for eternity, and you release The Fun Farm, its successors, assigns and licensees from any liability whatsoever.
Under Missouri law, there is no liability for an injury or death of a participant in a registered agritourism activity conducted at this registered agritourism location if such injury or death results from the inherent risks of such agritourism activity.
